Writ Litigation

The Firm has a well-established practice in writ litigation and regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and several other High Courts across the country. We advise on addressing arbitrary, unlawful, or excessive action by State authorities, guiding clients through strategy formulation, engagement with government departments, and the complete process of drafting, filing, and arguing writ petitions.

Our practice also includes handling Public Interest Litigations (PILs), which frequently raise broader constitutional or policy-related questions. The Firm represents corporate clients in PILs initiated against them and, where appropriate, acts for individuals seeking to pursue matters of public significance. Our approach emphasises clarity, responsiveness, and strategic advocacy in navigating complex issues arising under writ jurisdiction.
