The Firm advises clients across the real estate sector on both contentious and transactional matters. Our lawyers handle a wide range of real estate disputes before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Consumer Commissions, and District Courts, including complex commercial disputes, development-related issues, and individual consumer matters.

Alongside our dispute practice, we provide comprehensive advisory services to developers, builders, and real estate enterprises. This includes drafting and reviewing builder–buyer agreements, development and construction contracts, tripartite agreements with lenders, and other project-related documentation. We also assist clients with regulatory compliance and sector-specific legal requirements.

With the introduction of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), the sector has seen significant regulatory changes. The Firm has a focused RERA practice and regularly represents clients before RERA Authorities and Real Estate Appellate Tribunals in matters relating to registration, compliance, and disputes.

The evolving landscape under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC)—particularly the recognition of homebuyers as financial creditors—has further expanded the scope of real estate litigation. Our team frequently appears before the NCLT and NCLAT in real estate-related insolvency matters, advising on the interplay between IBC, RERA, and contractual obligations.
